The Counseling and Career Center at Hermiston High School provides developmental and systematic support to each and every student to ensure academic, career, social/emotional development and achievement, and participation in the broader community. We also offer assistance with college applications, FAFSA/ORSAA completion, and scholarship opportunities. Schedule Change Request:

Your entire year schedule was created based on the classes you requested during spring forecasting.  Schedule changes are only permitted for one of these reasons: Prerequisite not met, Missing a graduation requirement, Missing a period, Medical reason. 

Complete this form, read and follow the directions carefully. Only requests made through this form will be processed. Requests will be reviewed by administration before any action can be taken by your school counselor. Your counselor will email you if additional information is needed. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL for communication from your counselor.

Continue to follow the schedule you have until you have been notified that your schedule has been changed or is not going to be changed. This form will close by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
