Important Message: Unplanned Fire Alarm

Dear HHS Families, We want to make you aware that an unplanned fire alarm occurred at Hermiston High School. Out of an abundance of caution, all students and staff safely evacuated the building while the situation is being assessed. The cause of the alarm has been identified, and there is no danger to students or staff. Everyone has safely returned to class, and the school day is continuing as normal.

We appreciate the quick response of school staff and the Hermiston Fire Department and Hermiston Police Department for their partnership and support in ensuring the safety of our students.
